I don't know what the object in the photo is, but the kanji seem to refer to this person:

A lot of the commenters on the original post don't seem to know what those things are either XD ...although a decent number seem to think it's something like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senjafuda.
But I think that なんかいい事ありそう might instead be something like "looks like something good might be on the way" or "I have a feeling that something good is going to happen" (because 'koto' is generally used for more intangible things -- I don't think it would be used to talk about the actual, physical contents of...whatever those are).
Ahhh...good point about 'koto'. Maybe she's talking about how something good may happen because of the prayer paper/sticker? XD
I'll go ahead and put that correction in there.
