Whoops, not used to the whole military time thing. I kind of thought that didn't make sense...and I should have known, since it didn't say 24jikan, that it was from a specific time. :P
And no, it's totally fine that you're commenting so much. As I said earlier, I haven't been studying Japanese for very long...and even then, I'm just now beginning to test the waters with translation. Since a good portion of the H!P community is depending on these entries, I want to make sure they're as accurate as possible.
If anything, I hope you keep correcting the mistakes I make so I can become better at translating and hopefully someday move on to more involved projects. :)
